With so much to take in, the 80,000 sqm retail project (located in the new city centre of Jinjiang, China) gives each building a different façade and takes inspiration from the local traditional architecture.
Varying wildly, their functions are of cafés, restaurants, art student galleries and design studios and fashion stores. The project is orientated around those in the creative industry.
Comprised of 30 low rise buildings, the set-up is arranged like a futuristic village, creating streets and multi level public plazas. Each building boasts its own character and is proud to provide intriguing public spaces for the local community.
